April 8.2011 Left Parrott Cove Marina after almost two months of preparation. We had a good send off from our friends at the Marina. Julie & Matthew in their motor sailer (Coup d'amore) followed us out. Headed out on the high tide and dropped anchor (just around the corner) in Cortez, in front of the Seafood Shack, next to the Intercoastal Waterway. The first night at anchor was varily peaceful, except for the cars going over the bridge & the boaters in the Intercoastal. Looking forward to the start of our cruising!
